Strength & Cardio

Our 50-minute in-studio workouts seamlessly combine strength training and cardio conditioning to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and boost your confidence. Using a variety of equipment, including free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more, each session is designed to challenge your body and keep your routine fresh and exciting. We focus on targeting different muscle groups to improve strength, endurance, and overall performance. Whether you’re a beginner just starting your fitness journey or a seasoned athlete looking to take it to the next level, our workouts are tailored to meet all fitness levels in a supportive, energetic environment.

Nutrition Support

The FitChix Rx program focuses on building long-term, sustainable nutrition habits—not extreme dieting or quick fixes. Forget about supplements, packaged meals, or fads. Our no-nonsense approach helps you develop a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and delivers real results.

You’ll learn what to eat, why it matters, and how to avoid the common mistakes that may have held you back in the past. With weekly weigh-ins, body fat analysis, and one-on-one accountability, we’ll track your progress and keep you on course. Most importantly, we help you build healthy eating habits that stick—transforming the way you fuel your body for life.

Membership

We offer flexible membership plans ranging from 2 to 5 days per week , so you can choose the option that best fits your schedule and fitness goals. All memberships require a minimum 2-month commitment, and you’re free to cancel at any time with 30 days written notice—no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

While our plans are commitment-free, many of our members have chosen to stay with us for years—some since we first opened in 2014. Join a community that values consistency, results, and a welcoming environment that feels like home.

Virtual Training

In addition to in-studio fitness sessions, FitChix Rx offers zoom classes for those days when you are out of town or just can’t make it to the gym. Zoom classes are led by the same great trainers as the in-studio sessions. Zoom workouts are 30 minutes long and are programmed using minimal equipment. Zoom workouts are a great way to keep your fitness going on your non gym days. There is no additional charge to attend our zoom classes. Members can add as many zoom sessions as they like.

As a transformation coach, Abby uses her background in nutrition coaching and personal training to help clients break the yo-yo dieting cycle and lose weight for good without being miserable in the process. By focusing on sustainable habits and balanced living, she ensures that clients achieve lasting results while enjoying the journey.

Wade’s approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a focus on strength training and balance. He defines his sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility.

Meet Badger

Meet Badger, the studio’s four-legged personal trainer—he may not give workout tips, but his wagging tail and playful antics are guaranteed to lift everyone’s spirits and add a dose of fun to every fitness session! While crated in the studio, Badger is our furry motivator available for outdoor cardio sessions—whether private or in a group.
